This morning i did woke up with a lot of high energy, but is PAINFUL engery. Went to the toilet to ls AGAIN. HAHAH.



After ls, i've decided to go for a run, n e run was quite terrible. My shin hurts like hell n my stamina has dropped. It was a gd run at all and it wasn't very productive. Cos now i feel nothing.



But one thing gd abt the run was that it made me feel better. Cos i was feeling quite moody before and during the run. Now i feel much better. hhaha.
