Money-minded

I was pondering awhile ago if i'm making a moutain out of a molehole (i think there is such phrase. haha. i now my english is not superb). Or simply saying i'm kaing abig fuss out of something.



For the past few days i was checking out on e labour law regarding double pay on a public holiday because i was told by my employer that on tues we will not be paid double. Instead we are being paid at the normal rate. So i went home n told my faimly n they said it is impossible so i went to check on e labour law.



So today i went back to op hoping tt mr nair could enlightened me on certain law matters but well he was busy so me n eunice went to look for mrs sasi instead. Well she told me i shld be getting my double pay. She even told me to look for free legal advice which is available at community centres.



When i reached home my sis told me i was making a big fuss out of everything. Then it dawned on me, am i really making a big fuss? well i'm super money-minded n i'm sure everyone else is. N i told my sis if it was only for a few hrs i don't mind. But i worked for 11hrs jus on tues so y can't i fight for what i deserved?



After tt i began to ponder deeper. Maybe bosses get richer n richer because they don pay what their employee deserves. Many aunties n waiter n waitress doesn't seem to care and take e employer's word for real when he claim tt there is no double on tues. Well, maybe i one super money-minded employee tt don believe his word.



Now i'm afraid i'll fall halfway while fighting for what i deserved. I'm afarid things get even more messier. Things are getting pretty messy at work now already, with all e hidden fights still going on n e struggles between co-workers. E worse is when u are inevitably involved.



I hate going to work now. I'm looking forward for this coming wednesday.



Someone pls tie me up so i can't go to work. I hate what is waiting for me tml.
